Welcome to HearMeOut x PU. Before you book a slot, you must agree to our community standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

• 1. Strict Privacy: Whether identified or anonymous, do not reveal private/sensitive details of other individuals (students or faculty) without their explicit consent.
• 2. Zero Hate Speech: Any content promoting hate, discrimination, bullying, or violence will be rejected immediately.
• 3. Pre-Session Briefing: A mandatory short 1-on-1 session with a Student or Faculty Coordinator will be conducted prior to the recording to ensure technical readiness.
• 4. Technical Consent Form: You will be required to sign a separate technical consent form before the session, granting HearMeOut x PU full rights to upload, manage, and/or delete the content.
• 5. Right to Remove: The Coordinators and Presidency University reserve the absolute right to take down or unpublish any recording at any time if found irrelevant or hateful.
• 6. Final Discretion: The Club holds the exclusive right to reject any topic or podcast episode at any stage of the process without obligation.
• 7. Recording Rights: The recorded audio/video belongs to the HearMeOut club for editing, moderation, and distribution purposes.
• 8. Content Moderation: The club reserves the right to edit or cut content for clarity, length, or policy violations.
• 9. Punctuality: Please arrive at the studio (LGL04) 5 minutes before your scheduled slot. Late arrivals (10+ mins) will be cancelled.
